PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up past 10 p.m. on October 22nd, I WILL NOT SEE IT. You can still tell your student they need to go to retakes, but I will not have them on a list. If your student missed the first picture day, I have them on my list already!

RETAKE DAY PROTOCOL:

This form is so I know who to expect and call down to retakes. Please note that things like glasses glare*, hair in place, sitting up straight, clean faces, shirts buttoned, collars straightened, natural smiles, etc. are always a priority during portraits, and are on the top of the list of things I'm watching for and paying special attention to during retakes. If you believe you have something that will be especially helpful during the limited time I have with your student, have them bring a note and hand it to me, or give instructions to their teacher.

Posing will most likely be identical for retakes as they were during the original portrait day, including one or two close up portraits with a slight head crop. This is not a mistake, but a popular artistic portrait style. I always try to give several options for variety, but no specific poses or crops are guaranteed or specifically avoided based on requests. I try for 5-7 photos of each student, but usually provide ten! This means you can just disregard or discard any specific poses you don’t love.

*I do my best to avoid glasses glare for every student, but it is impossible in some cases. I always make sure eyes are visible, even if some glare remains on the lenses. If you would like the full glare removed, please pay for retouching.
