Prints from the senior portrait gallery are due April 12th. Digital files will be available through May, however the cost will increase after the print deadline.

I had so much fun taking photos of your wonderful children! Please take a few minutes to read through this page for ordering instructions, retake dates, and more.

To view your photos, click on the View Gallery button at the bottom of this page. You will need to enter your email to get into the gallery. Once you are on the site, select the folder with your student’s grade, and then find the password-protected folder with your child’s name.

The PASSWORD is your student’s Spectrum Academy student ID number.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prints and digital portraits are available for purchase directly in this online gallery. Just click on any photo to view it and access an option to buy it by clicking the "Buy Photo" button in the top right corner. You will be then be given options for Digital Media, Prints, Canvases, or Retouching. You can order ALL the digital files in the album by selecting ANY photo in the gallery and choosing the “All Photos in Album” option. See screenshots below to see where you can find all the options.

PACKAGES and PRINT INFORMATION:

There is an automatic discount for two or more full DIGITAL albums in the same immediate family. If you add 2+ full albums into your cart, the total will automatically come to $100. You do not need a coupon code. You may share digital files online or print them as many times as you'd like.

Print packages are created using only one photo. You may not combine poses in a package, but you can order as many individual prints you'd like to create your own collection. If you intend to reproduce or share photos online, please purchase digital portraits.

Some photos are in portrait/vertical orientation and some are in landscape/horizontal orientation. In the gallery, what you see is what you get. Please make sure you order the orientation and crop you would like. When printing, some additional cropping may occur depending on the size of the print.

I do my best to avoid glasses glare for every student, but it is impossible in some cases. I always make sure eyes are visible, even if some glare remains on the lenses. If you would like the full glare removed, please order retouching.

ALL PRINT ORDERS ARE DUE BY November 13th at MIDNIGHT.
ALL PRINTS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR SCHOOL by November 20th.

No PRINT orders will be available after November 13th. I order prints in bulk help me keep costs as low as possible, so please be patient as you wait for your prints to arrive. Orders placed before October 15th will be delivered on retake day, October 26th. If you miss the initial print window and need prints quickly, I suggest purchasing the digital files and printing them yourself. I recommend using Pro Digital Photos in Pleasant Grove or mpix.com online. I only guarantee print quality when you order prints through the gallery, but I do trust these labs. Digital files will be available throughout the school year, however the cost will increase after the print deadline.

Prints will be delivered by November 20th. They will come home in backpacks. Retouched digital files will be done ASAP and sent to you via email. (Check with me if you don’t get them within 2 weeks.)

Digital files should be delivered automatically to your email inbox directly after ordering. Digital files should be downloaded to a computer, not to a handheld device.
