One Day One Roll | November 2020

One beautiful fall Sunday, I just went out by myself with a roll of Portra 400 in my Canon 1V and a 50mm lens and just shot all the fall colors I could find. Then I came home, loaded it back up again (not paying the SLIGHTEST bit of attention to whether or not my frames lined up), and began shooting over it. The results were much more fun than expected, given that the frames overlapped and created triples and panoramas and just general mayhem. I did a lot of silhouettes, mostly because I was just trying to finish the roll, but they do lend themselves to doubles well, so I was ok with it. I missed participating in the film loop this month, not because the roll wasn’t done, but just plain forgetfulness. But here we are. My November roll nonetheless.
