Spectrum Academy school portraits

August 25 or sooner:

·      Please send digital spreadsheets with student name, ID, grade. This MUST be a spreadsheet. If there is one with the entire school, that is most helpful.

·      Elementary send list of classes for picture day schedule—teacher name/grade and approximate number of students.

·      Send email to parents with picture day information. (Template provided by photographer.)

·      Schedule sent to school with time slot assignments for each class and instructions.

On Picture day:

·      Staff prepared to bring students to the photographer at designated time slot, or office staff prepared to call students down by name (for higher grades).

·      Elementary, High School, and Middle School photos in the elementary library. STARS building will need a room or space planned for me to use. (Conference Room?)

PICTURE DAYS:

·      Wednesday, September 3: STARS (START TIME 8:20)

·      Thursday, September 4: Elementary (START TIME 8:55)

·      Friday, September 5: Middle and High School (START TIME 8:20)

October 7th:

·      Gallery open for viewing and ordering.

·      Email to parents with instructions about ordering. (Template provided.)

·      Yearbook photo download available to school.

·      Student IDs ordered.

RETAKE DAY October 9 (First prints delivered)

November 3:

·      Retakes live for viewing and ordering.

·      Full yearbook photo gallery live.

November 10:

·      Email to parents with a “last call” for prints. (Template provided.)

November 17:

·      Print gallery closed. (Digital orders available all year.)

November 24 or before:

·      Prints delivered to the school to be sent home with students.

·      Email to parents letting them know prints will be coming home in backpacks.

FEB (or TBD)

·       Class Photo Day

·      Senior and Kindergarten Cap and Gown pics
